My Haute Spot primarily uses USPS as our shipping carrier. Once payment has been authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it. An email will be sent with your tracking details when your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking details within 72 hours, please send an email to customerservice@myhautespot.com
Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. My Haute Spot does not offer refunds; however, a store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase, will be given. Items must be in its original condition. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
To find details about your shipments, sign in to your Google Account and open your Google Store order. If you checked out as a guest, use your order number. Open the order confirmation or shipment confirmation email from the store. Find your order number. Find orders you placed
All orders can be tracked using the USPS Online Tracking system.
Once an item has shipped and you experience a delay in shipping, please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, once USPS receives your item it is now in their possession, and they control the items expected delivery date.
